We Create Certainty.

The problems we are actually hired to solve

Nobody buys sheet metal. Buyers buy a deadline they can keep, a tolerance they can quote, and a supply chain they do not have to re-check. These are the six problems that bring new customers to our door.

Your product window is shorter than your supplier's sample lead time.
Send a STEP file today. A DFM report comes back in 24 hours and an inspected first article in 5-7 days, so design and tooling decisions happen in week one instead of month two.
The tooling cost shows up after you have already committed.
The 24-hour DFM report states bend allowance, tolerance risk, material and cost drivers in writing, before you spend anything. You approve a cost structure, not a surprise invoice.
The sample was perfect. Batch three was not.
First-article inspection against your drawing, then batch-stable production: 33 presses from 20 T to 400 T, 3 CNC fibre lasers, laser-cut profiles held to ±0.10 mm on sheet up to 3 mm.
The enclosure passes in the lab and corrodes on a coastal site.
IP65 / IP66 sealing schemes and C4 / C5 corrosion systems through qualified coating partners, built for GCC, Australian and Southeast Asian duty.
Five vendors, five tolerances, and nobody owns the finished assembly.
Laser cutting, stamping, bending, welding, machining and finishing under one roof in Cangzhou — one drawing, one first article, one dimensional report, one party accountable.
Technical questions take days to come back, and lose meaning in between.
An English-language engineering interface. Drawing, GD&T and deviation questions are answered by the people who run the machines, not relayed through a sales desk.
24 hours

One roof
Cut, formed, welded, machined, finished and documented at our Cangzhou facility.
We do not sell parts off a shelf. We take a drawing, a deadline and a tolerance, and we make them hold.

Numbers we are willing to put in a purchase order

Typical capability values from our Cangzhou plant. Final contractual tolerances are always confirmed against your drawing, material grade and approved first article.
