BH-FIM is a flexible super-insulating material developed by the Beijing Key Laboratory of Powder Technology Research and Development, Beihang University, based on aerospace thermal-control technology. Thermal conductivity 0.015 W/(m·K), cell-gap filling from 0.5 mm, compressive support 50 kg/cm². Ultra-thin 0.5-1.0 mm barrier pads fill narrow cell-to-cell spacing and limit thermal propagation, combining 0.015 W/(m·K) thermal conductivity with 50 kg/cm² compressive support so the barrier layer keeps working under pack pre-load. Supplied together with BESS enclosures and structural parts from our precision metal fabrication facility in Cangzhou, Hebei, so cabinet structure and thermal barrier layer are delivered as one system-level scope.
Sample preparation, specimen build-up and test-scope coordination support is provided to storage integrators running UL 9540A and EN thermal-propagation barrier evaluations. Conformance is determined by system-level testing on the finished pack; no pass result or certificate is claimed in advance of that testing.
Flexible, reusable insulation jackets for cryogenic and high-temperature valves, pipework and tanks, replacing mineral wool that degrades in service. Jackets are removable and re-installable for repeated maintenance cycles.
Service temperature limits, flame-retardancy classification and chemical compatibility are confirmed against the project specification; no service limit is stated in advance of technical confirmation.
